Steve had a great visit with Kris and Ashley before they had to shove off this afternoon to go back to AL.

They removed the tube from Steve's left lung today. They are working on removing whatever tubes they can. There is no change in his lungs or the infection near his trach tube. Please continue to think strong and healthy on both of these points.

Steve did sit in the chair again today for three hours. It's quite a workout for him, so he will likely be tired for the rest of the day. Plus, the physical therapist was in to work his legs and MaryAnn worked with him on his arm exercises.

The big boy that he is, Steve is getting the maximum calorie intake through his feeding tube, so hopefully he feels well nourished (though I bet he is still dreaming about that cheeseburger and milk shake).
